Our guest speaker will be Chris Kluchman, the Deputy Director of the Community Services Division at the Massachusetts Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities (EOHLC). 

Chris is an urban planner with deep experience in state, regional, and municipal planning, housing policy, transportation planning, public facilitation, and public policy advice. She has 30+ years of experience managing complex planning projects, multi-disciplinary teams, and contentious public involvement projects in non-profit, private, and public sectors. Chris spoke to the LWVCC on housing issues in 2018. We have asked her to return to address Concord’s 2023 housing issues and share new zoning tools for providing affordable young professional, senior, and family housing.
