Write On! Self-publishing Seminar: NaNoWriMo Edition

Wednesday, November 136:00—7:30 PMGoodwin ForumMain Library129 Main Street, Concord, MA, 01742

Join us this November for our Write On! writing seminar series.

Our worst critic is our own self-doubt, and its voice is loudest during writing sprints such as NaNoWriMo. Do you ever tell yourself: "What's the point of writing this book if no one will publish it?" This kind of thinking can stop you from completing your book, even when you are close to the finish line. While self-publishing has gained more respect in the last few years, it can still feel overwhelming and expensive. In this seminar you will learn about the options of self-publishing and the estimated costs, allowing you to keep creative control of your book while sharing your message with the world.

Please bring a notebook and something to write with!

Dora has been teaching writing since 2009 and has given workshops at many universities, including MIT, Tufts, Boston University, and the Scripps Research Institute.
