Start your week off right by dancing, singing, and having some fun at Musical Monday! 

Have you ever wondered what it feels like to dance like raindrops? Or move like starfish in a gentle ocean current? Join us for a lively expressive movement and music experience for children and their caretakers. Playfully engage the imagination to energize, relax and have fun! Led by Molly Delehey, a creative dramatics and movement teacher with over 30 years of experience inspiring joy and delight.

Molly Delehey believes that through play, we naturally become more present, connected and invigorated. For over 30 years, she has taught Improv skills, cooperative group games, creative dramatics and mindful movement to all ages. Molly has guided integrative movement practices for ImprovBoston, Carroll School, The Winsor School, Cambridge School of Weston, Service Stars Community Service Learning Program and The Umbrella Community Arts Center, among others. She earned her certification as a “Shake Your Soul” Yoga Dance instructor at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health, and has led sessions at Arlington COA, The Beede Fitness Center, Emerson Hospital’s Steinberg Wellness Center and Be Well Be Here in Concord, MA. Molly fosters a safe, non-judgmental environment in all workshops and classes to allow everyone to feel comfortable as they play, learn, discover and have fun!
