Music from the Library, sponsored by the Friends of the Concord Free Public Library, presents three concerts in the library rotunda in its 2023 spring season: February 11, March 18, and April 15. All concerts are Saturday evenings at 7:30 p.m. The doors open at 7 p.m. The concerts are free, but reservations are required.

February 11th

Rolf Schulte, violin and James Winn, piano perform works by Ravel, Debussy, Stravinsky, and Donald Martino. German-born Rolf Schulte studied at the Curtis Institute in Philadelphia and has been soloist with major orchestras and premiered works by prominent composers. Locally, he has been associated with Harvard University, Tanglewood, and the Composers Conference at Wellesley College and Brandeis University. James Winn, piano and composition professor at the University of Nevada Reno is a soloist, duo-pianist, chamber musician, and collaborative pianist who has performed and recorded extensively with Schulte.
