The Concord Free Public Library is partnering with Concord Scholars Institute for Arts and Languages to host free monthly introductory language classes for children and their caregivers.  Led by highly qualified, experienced and creative native-speaking teachers, these foreign language classes focus on developing communicative skills while enhancing a cultural understanding of these languages.
