Bio:
Jen's journey with yoga started 20 years ago as a way to quiet her busy mind and find balance. The physical, mental, and spiritual benefits of yoga have helped her navigate life’s ups and downs while cultivating compassion and self-awareness. She completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training with Cindy Boulter at Revolution Community Yoga in May 2024 and is thrilled to share her practice with others. Her classes combine poses of ease and strength always keeping balance in mind. Breath awareness, safety, grounding and functional movement are weaved into every class.
Jen is also certified in Talk Yoga, a language-based yoga program for children. She is passionate about helping children and adults gain self-awareness and compassion through movement and breath. When not practicing yoga, Jen works as a graphic designer and art director. Her creativity and inspiring nature shine through in her teaching.
This program is made possible by the generous support of the Friends of the Concord Free Public Library, a patron-supported non-profit organization.
