Join Fowler Afoot on the fourth Wednesday of the month. We will meet at the Fowler Branch Library at 10 am, and then walk together on the Bruce Freeman Rail Trail. If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we will discuss the book inside the library.

Our September meeting occurs during the library's annual Climate Preparedness Week, organized annually since 2018 by CREW (Communities Responding to Extreme Weather) as a week of learning, service, and action.  This year's theme is “Reimagining our Relationship with the Land." We will discuss Margaret Renkl's 2023 book, The Comfort of Crows: A Backyard Year, beautifully illustrated by her brother Billy Renkl.

Copies of the book are available for pick up at Fowler and the eAudiobook, read by the author is available for immediate download on Hoopla.

Registration for this event has now closed.
