Fowler Afoot: A Walking Book Club
Wednesday, January 2410:00—11:00 AM1322 Main StreetFowler Library1322 Main Street, Concord, MA, 01742
Join Fowler Afoot, the fourth Wednesday of the month. We will meet at the Fowler Branch Library at 10 am, and then walk together on the Bruce Freeman Rail Trail. If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we will meet inside. The plan is to walk the trail for about twenty minutes and then turn around. Don't forget to wear comfortable shoes and dress for the weather.
For January we will read Ilyon Woo's Master Slave Husband Wife: An Epic Journey from Slavery to Freedom. Copies are available for pick up at Fowler. The ebook and audiobook can be downloaded from Libby. Please let us know if you have any questions.
Since our December walk was cancelled, if anyone would like to share a Mary Oliver (1935-2019) poem before we discuss our new book that would be great!
