20 Minute Music Man with The Concord Players

Saturday, April 63:00—4:00 PMGoodwin ForumMain Library129 Main Street, Concord, MA, 01742

Enjoy a sneak peek of The Concord Players' spring production of The Music Man!

This beloved musical tells the tale of the fast-talking salesman Harold Hill as he arrives in River City with plans to charm the town, form a children’s band and make a quick buck. What happens next takes the entire town by surprise especially Marian, their uptight librarian, along with her younger brother, Winthrop, and their mother Mrs. Paroo.

Join us as we travel back to 1912 Iowa with a few musical highlights and a behind-the-scenes preview from the show's directors. Children (of all ages) will even have the opportunity to learn a portion of the "76 Trombones" dance routine that will appear on stage!

This event is held in partnership with The Concord Players. The Music Man will be playing from April 26 - May 11, 2024.
